Job satisfaction isn't just about the job it's about the match of the job to what the person brings. The DISC model is not looking at innate patterns of psychological needs. Strategy tactics logistics and diplomacy is a framework for what's needed here. People can exercise their talents and feel better or they can find somebody to mentor them in the skill that's needed.
