The Rockies Still Have Top 10 Attendance

The Rockies have been bad for a while and also they've just been adrift for a while in a way that really no other team is seemingly and yet people go to Rockies games. People still have top 10 attendance now i don't know whether that makes it so that the Rockies aren't getting the signal that they're doing something wrong here because people keep coming out to the games but people do keep come out to the game. Why is course field still such a draw despite the fact that the Rockies in theory shouldn't be?
