Sally Kohn: A mother in Arizona was arrested for leaving her son and friend at a park while she went to the grocery store. She says even though there were no safety concerns, police charged her with child neglect because of what theoretically could have happened. Kohn: The state's minor delinquency laws are very vague so this could be dubbed an act of negligence.
