When we give people like a negative feedback message that you're doing worse than average that evokes like a guilty feeling, that's the case. It both a guilty feeling and that drives us then to take action more than perhaps feeling a pride feeling. So I would just love it if you could dig into this sort of causality in this cognitive processing side of why triggering the emotion works to drive action and just triggering the intellect doesn't work as well.
