How to Build Recommendation Systems on YouTube

The average quality of nebula videos is just so much higher than the average quality of a YouTube video. When anybody can upload to YouTube, the bar is just lower. A lot of what we're building will factor like when creators upload their videos, they might include recommendations. And we may highly rank those amongst the things that might get recommended to the next person.
