If someone is facing me and I've been in that situation where there's like nobody facing, I'll actually change my approach direction. Because I've done it the other way before where you kind of come up from behind and taps on on the shoulder and you automatically see fear. But this has really important implications. Say, for example, first responders, if you need to approach on, there's been an issue and you need to talk to them, if they don't look approachable, you're less likely to go to them and talk to them.
