The Importance of Mastery Projects

In 19, I did public speaking. My goal was to be better at public speaking. The thing that I always tell people is when you think about things you need to learn, what makes you the most uncomfortable, that might be what you should be doing. That's a lot of what AMPS about. These are deliverables that are set forth every quarter. You know you're going to have to sit in a room and tell everybody what you did because of that you get shit done. It's too easy to ignore it otherwise.
