Primary teachers are feeling the heat because they don't have time to focus on just one subject, but ten different ones. In primar you may be leading multiple specialism - literacy, mass science and assessment all at the same time. And then in terms of time budgets in school, if you've got thir staff meetings a week, and you leave the science department, you can, notionally, for 30 of those meetings, look at science. So it's hard at the moment in primar that sort of,. that is basically, it's really hard. It's tricky at the minute. And primary really tricky.
