She emphasizes that fear of offending people should not deter you, as it's impossible to please everyone. If you try, you may lose the people who resonate with your true self.

Jen initially pursued a career as an actress, but realized her true passion was motivational speaking. This transformation began when she let go of a persona she had adopted during a heavy metal audition and started being herself. 

After a significant change in her life, Jen started working in an upscale gym, initially as a cleaner, to achieve her goals. Her dedication and discipline during this period taught her the work ethic she needed. Subsequently, she built a six-figure physical training business. 

Jen believes that fear is ever-present but can be harnessed to create what you desire. Confidence only grows when you embrace the fear of making mistakes and take action.
