There's just too many specific clues earlier on maybe the entirety wasn't planned out because that happens a lot but we know that she did lots of planning of this kind of thing so I think even if the idea wasn't fully fleshed out at the time I think it was there in its basic form okay. See I'm not convinced by that just because from a narrative standpoint you can't throw something like that at the very end of a book when you're trying to wrap up a resolution. That's true.
