I think like Laura's laughed maybe once out loud on my podcast, and it's the Nickelback joke that got you, okay. So a lot of those condos, I'd recommend, there's maybe four, I tell people, maybe don't go. The new ones are good, the older ones are good,. There's just some in the middle that had some issues. But it's so like, but that location is so good. It's so good, and it will always be demand for sure. For sure. Because of where it is.
