The Role of a Philosopher in Understanding Decisions
There is a sense in which we need these concepts, the folk psychology concepts of our age. We're not going to jetteson them just because somebody makes a discovery in your science. The high level concepts that we use from folk psychology will be replaced until we have a good science to replace them with. Concepts like trust and attachment turns out to be extremely important in describing human behavior.
