Wonet: How can i help people think, think a little better, ask better questions so that they can deliver better support in the forums? I find this concept of learning design very interesting, because there is a lot of theory there about how people learn. We've found with our courses, a lot of it has been tril aneoriterating quickly, cond of intuiting our way to certain things and maybe backed up by some learning design.
