The Centre of the Universe Is in You
If we are going to change the world, we must contribute to it something that it doesn't have. This is another way of saying that in order tochange the world, it's necessary to change yourself. The lakota culture in this country says that the centre of the universe is everywhere. And it is. If the centre ofthe universe is everywhere, it's in you. But most people don't understand how they can do that,. much less how intimately and powerfully we are each involved in changing the world.
