CPMAI - What Challenges Do You See?

KJ: There is some fear from the perspective that we are pioneering an emerging technology within Maximus. Some people who may not understand deeply how artificial intelligence works, when you say it, it sounds like the machine can do all of these things that automatically it's intelligent and it can predict results. But there is a fear behind that thinking that or not being able to trust the machine. Just getting past that fear base, I think, is one of the challenges. And then, of course, there's always the data challenge where we also have issues with battling which are good issues. They're battling things like PHI.
