We want feedback to be constructive, actionable and measurable. The other really important thing about feedback is as best as possible, we want to remove our emotions and ego from the equation. So if I have imposter syndrome, for example, and I get some kind of negative feedback, what actually happens in my mind is I start to panic because I'm like, oh my God, I knew I felt like an imposter. And now what do I do? Because like everything that I feared actually turned out to be true.
