The Power of Allowing That to Be Reason

Kennedy writes about her fraught relationship with bread as a kid and how a loaf of peasant bread and her mom's French toast made with holla started to ease the friction. Kennedy doesn't want to bake bread at home, and I do want to baked bread at home. Allowing that to be enough reason is powerful. And my guess is that we can agree that it doesn't really serve us as individuals, members of communities, and people who eat to worry excessively about our domestic lives.
