Ephen Marshall Sentenced to Seven and a Half Years in Prison for Distribution of Child Porn

Ephen marshall was arrested last april fifteenth on charges of distribution and possession of child porn. Marshall plead guilty to distribution, and the possession charges were dropped. Authorities say he engaged in sending and receiving child porn and participated in online chats detailing child abduction, bondage, rape and murder a the us. District judge j leon holmes said t Tuesday that marshal's sentence exceeded the five year minimum for distribution because of the nature of the pictures and language used in the chats.
