Therapist needs education ot what the decline and end of life looks like if they're working with folks who have chronic and incurable illnesses. They also need to have their own therapist, or some one to consult with because it is very hard to have clients who are declining. You get when you're doing this kind of work, the attachment the therapist is unique. And so they really need you to be able to absorb that.
