The Muse doesn't have an open shop front... so you have to push the door open. It's kind of secretive. When people come in, I show them around the machines and they're absolutely gobsmacked... that things are actually made by people. They don't see this environment. It's invisible, isn't it? So they get a 15-minute tour by me of the workshop... and me explaining the garments. But even if we do get that customer who accidentally comes on in... because they think they can get a £20 pair of jeans here... we still give them that experience. And often they come back.
