The Mistakes That Teams Make With MVPs
The whole point of an MVP is to not do it the old way where you have like a team of engineers and they would go off into a cave for 12 to 18 months. So even though MVP is intended to keep you from over scoping your V1, I see people over scope their V1 all the time. It's human nature to be like, oh geez, someone make complaining because we don't have backs. We better put that in the MVP. And then those MVPs are going to fail. They don't test well. If it doesn't work when people want to use it or they can't figure out how to use it, you're not going to get
