FinTech - What Are the Core Components?
The first thing you have to ask yourself is what am I attempting to accomplish with this lending product? Is it meant to be on standalone P&L because I'm trying to launch a net new business on top of this? Am I using it to acquire new customers I don't currently have? Am I trying to boost LTV on existing consumers? What are the things that are going on there? The thing is that money is so commoditized.
