The First Time I Saw a View in Nepal

I hadn't been back to Nepal until until we went for the expedition and it was amazing to me how like this really familiar the smell of a yak-dong fire was. I do have some specific memories from being six and seven years old just because some we'd like picked up some stomach bug in Kathmandu. The team made the trek to base camp the crew developed strong bonds with a Sherpa team who would climb alongside them and document the journey. It also became clear to fill that there was a lot going on and that leadership might require something beyond leading a summit push.
