Access Share, Access Exclusive, and Access Share Locks
Access exclusive and access share are conflicting locks. These version will be blocked if someone is actually reading. So vacuum falls really know something you have to do, but normal vacuum shouldn't really block that. And that's what I want to understand truly as I dig deep into this.
