The CS example is a great one. You cannot only equip those people with you know how to use our products, but how they think broadly like what other things are top of mind for them. So I found is the more that we can facilitate general conversations fireside chats Q&A's whatever it is and ask the right questions of other enablers or whoever is joining us in this conversation. Yeah. And so that work I am diagnosing and doing but how it actually comes about we're trying to flip on its head.
