What kind of misguided beliefs do they have? Or what kind of internal baggage do they carry that impacts their day to day life? Do they have any biases, you know, things like that? So as an example, consider a character who values inclusivity and how they're going to speak and behave quite differently than somebody who does not. The other thing you can consider is vocabulary.
