Is Orchestration a Systems Engineering Problem?

Boris: Historically, orchestration was one of the layers that divided SE from ops. Now we refer to it more as data platform engineering. We find that to be an emerging discipline and a title and often a team name. That's not in the realm of the software engineer. What do you think about that kind of style of the world? Boris: I think it's layered.
