Is There an Opportunity to Replace the Triparty Repose System?

Finance industry is basically middle men. That's what people do in finance. A lot of people are understandably a little bit concerned that maybe all this new digital technology puts them out of a job. Now i see it the exact opposite way. I believe that the entire triparty repose system needs to be completely replace by something much better, based on digital barer assets. But to my astonishment, it doesn't seem like many people in finance are seeing that opportunity.
