Theatetus and Theeliatic Strangers in the Dialogue
ido: Unlike socrates, the eliatic stranger makes various proposals. And he's happy to ask extremely meaning questions and just have the person say yesthe time. In fact, we don't find out very much about the views that theatetus has in the sophist - he puts forward his own views. The purpose of the dialogue is to define what sophistry is, what a sophist is.
