The Fucking Flashback to Austin Powers and Dr. Evil

We flashback to Austin and Dr. Evil as children at British Spy Intelligence Academy, whatever it's called. The film has quite correctly picked up on the fact that they have a lot of children fans. We get to see these two younger actors do very good impersonations. Remarkably solid. So we see them as young but the thing is they haven't changed or they're still who we know them to be.
