What's the Story Telling Tool?
UX researchers are at the heart of their work. We're storytellers. It's our job to educate people. Does it matter if you use a slide deck or a written doc? Can you do all these things in any of those formats? That's an excellent question. I think it's a little bit easier to use memes and images when you're using a deck. But for a written report, it might need to be cleaned up a little bit.
