The Importance of Force Generation in Running

Every time you hit the ground, your body is exposed to a really high level of force. And these impact forces range from like one and a half times your body weight up to three times your body Weight. For every minute of running, we probably take an average of 170 steps. Even adding just one minute onto the end of our run adds a significant amount of impact into our body.
