Jim: I'm a big believer that if you understand the purpose of your brand and yourself in the world and you bring that to life, all you do is very successful. Caitlin: My greatest hope is that we almost accelerate the trend of wanting team members of organizations to bring their whole selves to work. Freddie: And what's your greatest hope for your generation of business leaders?Jim: We screwed some things up right but we also brought forward a lot of world-changing technologies and some brands that are making a large impact in the lives of people.
