The Blackbuster Rule - No Computers
In 2002, the community of New Square put up flyers laying out a new rule, no computers. The people in charge of keeping you in line were usually your neighbors. Shulam was constantly worried that someone would catch the stench of secularism on him. He bought his own TV, smuggled out of Costco in a black garbage bag, and hidden in his home in a closet.
