There's just almost no wrong answer to this I think you can justify it and play around with many different angles here which kind of tells you that at the end it's really not that big of a deal like even if you miss with this one hardly matters. As you get leaner and you know some extra carbs like when you're depleted can go a long way right so kind of tightening the parameters a little bit giving them maybe late in prep or later in prep you don't okayhere's kind of the carb for the sake of added fat but there's quite a bit more flexibility than people realize.
