There's like this continuum, right, of the of CECO calories and calories out proponents. And then there's the carbohydrate insulin model, people that are like, it's all about the carbs. So I want to get your take on that argument and that discussion in between those two lines of thought. "I don't think anything goes above that, at least for me personally," he says.
