How Much Workup Needs to Be Done Before Cholorectal Surgery?

Traditionally, any adrenal nodule you have to do, I come up with testing to rule out a phechromocytomas before you consider any other surgery. In this patient, I would argue that if we confirm that it's low density with hands full newness less than 10 on non-con phase, then it's not a phecherocytoma.
