How to Get Through a Tough Period in Your Life

i meditate twice a day, 30 minutes, not ecause i think it's magical or anything. I like to visualize myself as exactly the type of person that i want to be. There's techniques and cognitive behavior therapy that do similar things. As we think, so we become as the famous fake buddha quote goes, your nervous system has a really hard time differentiating between some vivid imagination that's played over and over again in your head and reality. And if you can find a way to control what your mind is focused on, you can really get through anything.
