Yen wol when we get to that, when you talk of t different, two different decision making types, i want to touch on one thing. I thought it was a great term that i coult start using cause i loved it as is. You would talk about non production employees. Typically talk about knowledge workers these days,. But i love that you coin the phrase interaction workers. And i really think bats that's genius. Because that's what people's days increasingly are made up of - interacting with other people and getting things done
