The Key to Trust Is to Lead With Benevolence
Most people think that trust precedes vulnerability, but it's actually the exact opposite. The reason is something called a vulnerability loop. It's formed by either putting out a vulnerability signal and having somebody match it. When we put effort into something together, something that's too for any one of us to complete by ourselves, it naturally closes vulnerability loops in the process. You see this molecule oxitosin or cuttleon that's famous for moral bonding with babies. This prosoptide has been known to get people to get more about each other. And that's what's amazing about trust - it's a feeling you can't describe.
