In the frenzy of the great resignation when it seemed like anyone and everyone was ready to resign from their jobs and move on. Do you think there's a risk that we may have done some individuals some injustice by promoting them too early? Just curious. I don't know how with the amount of people that we saw leaving organizations that you weren't going to make some mistakes. Unless you had a really good talent management system in place where you'd already identified the people that were ready for that next.
