The Future of Community Businesses
A lot of these services businesses will end up having to go way, way more upstream or they'll have to have like a lower fidelity offering. I think people are under estimating how big community businesses can become. The larger the community gets, the less valuable it actually is. But if you can find a really dedicated niche and charge 10 to 20 grand a year, that kind of business over a decade can be worth $250 to $500 million.
