I think anyone who's returned to a practice like that after a lot of time away I think would understand how important it is and how much you both feel uncomfortable and immediately more like yourself the minute you do it. We have a three bedroom house in Iowa City and I write and it's like a combo guest room office that I do swap off my husband also does a lot of work from home so we definitely have days where we're swapping off the zoom room and I also like to write in that bed.
