This is my first case. So my hope is both to learn the art of case writing, but also to do research in a climate space. I think the practice is moving very fast. BMW was founded in 1916 in Munich, Germany. Initially they actually produced aircraft engines and gradually moved to automobile engines and then cars. And starting in 2007, that's when they started developing the first battery electrical vehicle inside of the company.
