Human Workforce - A Disturbing Idea About Business and Human Workers

A disturbing idea about business and human workers. I've just always imagined that there was ani a fundamental human infostructure of business, which was incentive alligned with humanity. And i don't think that's the case. I think it's been accidentally alligned just because we didn't have the technology to replace humans. The better that technology gets, the less humans are going to have to do.
