When you're looking for a mentor, the best thing to do is to follow your gut, follow the results. If someone really makes sense in what they're talking about and they've been doing it for long enough,. They're not just talking the talk, they're walking the walk as well. So I'd always been part of some kind of mentorship. And then if one person really stood out, and they kind of did their own thing, I would kind of absorb as much information I thought I could from where I am. That's what you pay them for.
