Kraken is a full reserve institution so the critiques Bitcoiners have a banks for the most part don't apply here talking about a full reserve bank. What they're trying to do here is get direct access to the Fed window which still you know it hasn't happened yetso they need to go to the St. Louis Fed I think is as a next step here to apply for Kansas City Fed. The New York Department of Financial Services will look on this speedy charter and whether or not they will actually allow it. This reminds me of a plot element from the greatest movie ever made about Bitcoin that doesn't have the word Bitcoin in it what's that there will be blood right?
