The Unpredictability of Running a Festival

It's definitely been a struggle. In a festival like big beers, we are unavoidably crammed into 20,000 square feet of event space and that doesn't sound cramped but by the time you add like 150 brewers and 85 tables and it becomes shoulder to shoulder in some places. And there's not much we can do other than lean on crack the windows. But when you put 1900 people in a room or in two rooms in this case there was an upstairs ballroom and a downstairs ballroom. It's kind of that that people can exist in that space for a beer tasting with masks on is you know not real.
