The Emergence of the Bankruptcy Crisis

We got the first real indication that things were going bad last fall september and october there's all whole bunch of stuff like that stuff in the uk with the guilt market. The markets went crazy after that but it seemed to be relatively calm which is not a typical crisis period. Even the government knows this thing isn't over it's just we're in that intermediate phase and we're just waiting for the next stage.
