We need to be looking at jobs and whether or not theyre's they're substitutable. People have been waving banners increased flexibility in the work place. Just about every one who has a kid will say, i need more flexibility. And my answer is, you don't need more flexibility,. You need cheap flexibility, because flexibility has always been expensive. But so as a man trying to promote women, for example, in the academic profession, if i take your lesson sheusully is what should really spend time with making tenure more adjustable.
